Images:
*For ripping dvds to make screencaps easier, I use Magic DVD Ripper. This is one of the best dvd ripping softwares I have found, simply because it makes ripping tv shows from dvd a very simple process. Available free for a while, but not expensive to buy.
*For screencaps, I use Frameshots. Automatic screen caps in batch mode, just tell it how many to take and it does all the work for you. Not free to use without an ugly watermark, but not expensive to purchase either.
....when I can't make my own caps..
*CSI:NY caps (s1-3 in the works) can be found in plenty @ Iconographik.
*From other CSI shows, there's always the TalkCSI forums.
*For most anime, I use akichigo's anime screencap galleries.
